Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by gt1 through gt1.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and gt1 regarding your use of the platform and all related services. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

To use gt1's services, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use this platform. gt1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be terminated immediately.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. gt1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Gt1 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the gt1 system.
• Spreading false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Transferring funds between accounts in an attempt to commit fraud or money laundering.
• Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
• Accessing the platform from regions that gt1 has identified as restricted.

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the gt1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). gt1 accepts a variety of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX options.

Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. gt1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or banking infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with gt1's internal procedures. gt1 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including unjustified chargebacks, will result in account termination and recovery action for the amounts involved.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Gt1 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or winnings from gameplay. gt1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

Gt1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity detected by the gt1 system.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding the specified period with no transactions.

In the event of a confirmed account termination that is not due to a user violation, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the gt1 platform, including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of gt1 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

The gt1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. gt1 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.

Gt1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
